A fine start to the season for the Women's 1s, sitting top of East Prem

In East Premier the Women's 1s have had a barnstorming start (so have the Men's 1s - but only at home!). W1 are unbeaten and top, well done, and long may it continue.

Elsewhere the Women's 5s continue to impress - a hatrick for Chantal and another win - top job! The Men's 3s are on good form and the Men's 2s are a click or 2 away from a winning streak, the Men's 4s, 5s and 6s (our dev team) are also also on gelling well and are impressing and improving each week. The Women's 2s are top half and last week the Women's 3s and 4s played each other - no blood spilt I'm told!

Overall it has a been a solid start - 11 teams out each week and I must also add juniors galore. At least 8 junior teams out this weekend - bonkers, but great. We're getting a social date together, time flies so it will probably be a Christmas extravaganza and we're also looking at a fabulous end of season festival.

Reports below, it is another packed weekend at Tuddenham and across the East. Do please remember to take, print and add any pictures of merriment on the walls of the bar - it's there to celebrate the fun and success we have. Talking of pictures, Chris, our club photographer is adding snaps galore over the coming weeks, if you see him, please say thank you, it's 100% voluntary and a coffee or a sausage roll never goes amiss.

Final point, umpires, I can't thank you all enough - we can't play without you and the junior umpires are setting a benchmark. Best of blue this weekend. W5, M1, W1 reports below.
